PRESS RELEASE:Britain’s Got Mojo to Launch in Manchester

Sara Knowles & Andrew Thorp

Britain’s Got Mojo is a new campaign to inspire and help people to drive change in their lives, whether that be finding or leaving a job, starting a business or developing a new career. Developed by entrepreneurs and business coaches Andrew Thorp and Sara Knowles, the Britain’s Got Mojo (BGM) launch event is to be held 5.30 – 8.30pm on 25 February 2013 in the dedicated event space at the offices of full service law firm Slater Heelis LLP in Sale.

BGM is designed to help people who feel dissatisfied with their situation, but who haven’t yet found a way to change things. They may be seeking employment, in a job they dislike or wanting to start a business, charity, social enterprise or movement. BGM co-founder Andrew Thorp said: “Britain’s Got Mojo is a celebration of entrepreneurial thinking, of people who have created change in their lives and now love their work. The idea is to inspire people who feel flat, frustrated and powerless to take charge of their lives and lead the change they want to see, using Mojo principles.”

Mike Fox, Managing Partner at Slater Heelis LLP, said: “We’re proud to be hosting the launch event for Britain’s Got Mojo at our Sale Moor offices and look forward to seeing the impact the campaign will have on the businesses and individuals taking part.”

The event will feature four inspirational speakers who will share their stories of having led change in their lives to create something new and exciting. The speakers will then sit amongst the audience for a facilitated discussion.

THIS IS A PRESS RELEASE.
